【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthetestingofthespectralbandwidthandwavelengthaccuracyoffluorescencespectrometersthatuseamonochromatorforemissionwavelengthselectionandphotomultipliertubedetection.Thistestmethodcanbeappliedtoinstrumentsthatusemulti-elementdetectors,suchasdiodearrays,butresultsmustbeinterpretedcarefully.Thistestmethodusesatomiclinesbetween250nmand1000nm.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
