【摘要】:ThepresentStandard"information/documentationmanagement"ispart6ofEN13290Spaceprojectmanagement-Generalrequirements.Itspurposeistodefinetheprinciplesandrequirementstobeobservedduringthemanagementofprojectinformation(includingdocumentation).ThisStandardappliestoallthedocumentsandtheinformationcontainedtherein,irrespectiveofmediainwhichtheyarestoredortransmitted.Therequirementsspecifiedhereinapplytoandaffectthecustomerandsupplieratalllevels,whenthecapabilitytodesignandsupplyconformingproductneedstobedemonstrated.Informationmanagementisimplementedduringallthephasesoftheproject.Whenviewedfromtheperspectiveofaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisstandardshouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsofspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluatedandmadeapplicabletoaspecificprojectbyselection,andinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements.
