【摘要】:Thispracticeisforusebydesignersandspecifiers,regulatoryagencies,owners,andinspectionorganizationsinvolvedintherehabilitationofnon-pressuresewersandconduits.Asforanypractice,modificationsmayberequiredforspecificjobconditions.1.1Thispracticedescribestheproceduresfortherehabilitationofsewerlinesandconduitsbytheinstallationofafield-fabricatedPVCliner.Afterinstallationoftheliner,cementitiousgroutisinjectedintotheannularspacebetweenthelinerandtheexistingsewerorconduit.Therehabilitationofthehoststructurebythisinstallationpracticeresultsinarigidcompositestructure(PVC/grout/existingpipe).Thisrehabilitationprocessmaybeusedinavarietyofgravityapplications,suchassanitarysewers,stormsewersandprocesspipingofman-entrysizes(36to144in.inverticaldimension).TheprofilestripsusedforfieldfabricationofPVClinersaresuppliedincoilsforspiralwindingofthelinerorincustom-cutflatpanelsforcircumferentialliningofalloranyportionofthecircumferenceofthehostconduit(seeFigs.1and2).1.2Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Particularattentionisdrawntothosesafetyregulationsandrequirementsinvolvingenteringintoandworkinginconfinedspaces.
